Star Valley Dance Policies

Tuition: 

Payment Policy

Tuition will be due first week of every month.

A late fee of $10 will go into effect on the 15th of every month. If you have a past due balance for 3 months consecutively your dancer will be suspended until payment is made in full. 

We accept payment in form of cash or check or venmo.

There will be a $40 fee for all returned checks.

Dress  Code:

Ballet/Jazz Uniform: 

• Class color leotard (you will find out when you register what color your class is.) 
• Pink Ballet tights 
• pink leather ballet shoes Or jazz shoes. 
• (We order all shoes and apparel for dancers) 
• Hair in a bun

Male Dancers

• White Ballet T-Shirt
• black leggings/mens tights
• ballet shoes Or jazz shoes. 
• (We order all shoes and apparel for dancers) 

Students will not be allowed to participate if they aren’t prepared with the correct attire.

Safety 

Release of Liability

Star Valley Dance LLC does not carry medical insurance for its students. Star Valley Dance LLC cannot be held responsible for any injury that may occur at the studio.

Pick Up and Drop Off 

• DANCERS NEED TO BE WALKED INTO CLASS BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN.
• AT PICK UP YOUR DANCER MAY NOT LEAVE UNLESS I CAN SEE YOUR CAR PARKED ALONG THE SIDE OF THE ROAD, OR YOU'VE COME INSIDE TO PICK THEM UP.

THIS IS FOR THEIR SAFETY. WITHOUT VISIBILITY OF THE FRONT OF THE GARAGE DOORS, I AM UNABLE TO SEE WHO DANCERS ARE LEAVING WITH. PLEASE TAKE THE EXTRA FEW MINUTES TO COME INSIDE FOR PICK UP AND DROP OFF.
